Conquering the Findolph domain was child's play for the high school prodigies! Now on the path to all-out war with the empire, they embark upon their next feat, which is...starting their own religion?! To help save the people from the tyrannous empire, the prodigies aim to rapidly expand their sphere of influence by casting themselves as gods and angels while wielding their special skill sets for the common good. They're ready to make history by winning over the hearts and minds of the people, one believer at a time! 

It's Akatsuki's time to shine as they need him to help start up a religion, to help get the people invested in a revolution. With the added bonus of helping them look in to the legend of the seven heroes which will hopefully give them a clue about getting home. 

I did think we'd focus on that more than we did in this volume but we only see a little of it in the beginning. Then we watch them sort some other bits out, and get to meet the new Commander of their army and get to grips slightly with the two different kinds of spells that exist in this world. 

Volume 3 see's something developing between Tsukasa and Lyrule thanks to Masato's help with a little misunderstanding, this could potentially add in some romance and some angst as our prodigies seem to want to go home. 

Things don't really heat up until we move on to Elch and Shinobu, as thanks to them we get to head out and explore a new village which has an undercurrent of shadiness about it. It all seems fine on the surface but there's a sense of something...wrong about the whole place and then it gets quite dark quite fast. 

For the most part, volume 3 is quite slow and my interest wasn't really piqued until the shady village but what frustrated me with this volume is that once that plot thread with the village was getting good and providing some intrigue...we switched back to the others and it slowed down again.

After starting an economic revolution in the city of Dormundt, the high school prodigies are up to their eyeballs in money and resources. Having also managed to save Li'l Roo from a life of slavery, they take a well-deserved rest. Their break is cut short, however, when "Silver Knight" Inzaghi decides to attack Elm Village, pillage its newfound wealth, and abduct poor Lyrule as a concubine for the feudal lord. All hope seems lost when the best options are to either sacrifice Lyrule's freedom or put the villagers in jeopardy. But if anyone can find a solution, it's the prodigies-they have the power to shake the foundations of any world!

We start the volume with some of our characters feeling a bit down. Aoi is kind of adorable, bless her, she's not very good at anything except for cutting wood and fighting and Kumausa blames itself for the crash. Luckily Tsukasa has just the plan to brighten their spirits and it's not long before they have bigger problems on their plate. 

Of course, the situation with Li'l Roo from the end of last volume comes to a swift and easy resolution as well at the start of this volume. 

This volume sees us getting to grips with the magic of this world and some of it's history thanks to Shinobu. It also see's the village progressing further thanks to Ringo developing aluminium and shovels and I'm quite surprised at how fast we've progressed already in just two volumes! But that has nothing on the end of the volume! 

Things are going pretty well within the first chapter, but it's apparent that something bad is coming from them. We're only on volume 2 and we already have a huge battle to take down the Lord and start a war, all to save Lyrule, like wow. That escalated quickly. It would appear after reading this volume that next volume we're going full revolution, and I have to say this series is certainly twisty and fast paced!

In Japan, there are seven superhuman highschoolers who are world-class geniuses in various fields ranging from governance to economics and beyond. On one fateful day, these seven wind up in a plane accident and wake up only to find themselves in another world.

Finding themselves in a foreign place where magic and beast-people are real, they immediately proceed to panic-or at least that's what would've happened if they were some run of the mill students!!

If anything, these seven are actually using their talents to do absolutely ludicrous things so they can go home... 

I'm going to be 100% honest with you guys and say that while I was interested in this manga because it sounds a bit different to the whole "other world" ones out there...I still wasn't entirely sure what I was going to make of it. However...I ended up quite enjoying this volume, a lot more than I was fully expecting! 

In this series we have.....Aoi, the worlds greatest sword-master  Keine the worlds greatest doctor. Prince Akatsuki the worlds greatest magician. Ringo the worlds greatest inventor. Masato the worlds greatest businessman. Tsukasa the worlds greatest genius and the Prime Minister. Shinobu the worlds greatest journalist...and a ninja descendant. They are our high school prodigies who end up in another world after their plane goes down! 

I really loved how it introduced us to them individually at the beginning of the volume, in quick bursts showing us a snapshot of them and who they are and what they can do. They're actually quite an interesting bunch of characters, and I'm definitely curious to learn more about them and their skills! However we also have Lyrule and Winona as characters, they save them, and then there's the other villagers! And you know, not all of them are happy to have these visitors suddenly staying with them! 

I was intrigued by the world, we have elves and dragons, and I do find the whole 'plane going missing/plane crashing' an interesting way to do the other world rather than the dying and being reborn thing that I personally feel is being done to death now. It adds an interesting element as of course...they want to go home but they have to work out how! Considering the fantasy setting and some things said in this initial volume..I'm waiting to see who has magic out of our prodigies. 

To be fair, the prodigies do seem to be a little arrogant, but I guess they've earned it? This first volume we pretty much see them start to settle in to life at the village and take charge of the village. Helping the villagers, setting up a decent trading business and so on. They're basically bringing our world...to theirs. There's more to it than I thought there might be initially, and it's definitely interesting as so far we haven't had the whole 'super powered chosen one' hero out to complete quests and such. It kind of reminds me of one of those games were you get to build your own village and make it prosper. 

I enjoyed this initial volume, it introduces the characters and the world nicely, we get to see a little bit of drama in this volume as they find a better way to make money from their goods. Plus there's some tension and danger towards the end thanks to Roo and her situation. I also liked the art, the settings are nicely detailed and the character designs are aesthetically pleasing, shall we say?
